Baby Quilt

My niece, Stephanie, is having a baby girl near the end of the year.  Her baby shower is today.  I finished my present for the baby last night.  I made them a baby quilt.  So much fun to make.  I started with a kit from JoAnn Fabric, but then decided it was going to turn out too small, so added a couple of narrow borders to it and backed and bound it with a soft flannel.  I made one of these for Stephanie's sister when she had her baby a couple years ago and, of course, the Little Guy has the one I made for him.  I tell him every time I rock him to sleep that he sleeps with Grandma's love wrapped all around him.
